Two months of implementing the Online E-Filing Platform trademark in Myanmar has recorded nearly 20,000 Declarations of Trademark Ownership re-filed so far. This is a truly impressive number and it is expected that the number of trademark re-filing in Myanmar will increase dramatically in the remaining months of the Soft-Opening period.
The Online E-Filing Platform has just undergone the second maintenance (completed on Monday, November 30th, 2020), thus, now is the right time to re-file Declarations of Trademark Ownership in large number to the Platform.
At the moment, the Official Fees for trademark re-filing in Myanmar have not yet been issued by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP). We will inform you of the official fees and required documents regarding trademark re-filing in Myanmar as soon as available.
