Upon returning to Vietnam after completing her legal studies in the United States, Bang Linh joined Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants. She focuses on trademark prosecution and assists domestic and international clients with trademark clearance searches, filing strategies, application preparation and prosecution, office action responses, and enforcement. She also conducts legal research and provides practical advice on trademarks and other intellectual property matters, helping clients effectively protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property rights
