PARNERS & ASSOCIATES Mr. Nguyen Duc Xuan is a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Xuan’s practice areas include registration, litigation and enforcement of trademark, industrial design, copyright, trade secret infringement and unfair competition. Mr.Xuan also focuses the cases involving patent and trademark licensing agreement. In addition, he has experiences in conducting the investigation campaign to identify the infringer and obtain evidences, market surveys to identify the size and scale of infringement problems and a proactive report on IP infringement. Mr. Xuan had been graduated from College of Diplomacy since 1992. He has also received a Bachelor of Laws from the Hanoi University of law. In 2001 Mr. Xuan awarded an academic diploma by WIPO on Intellectual Property. In 2002, he completed a Training Course on Intellectual Property Law in Japan. Mr. Xuan had worked at other law firm, Tran H. N. & Associates, as a trademark attorney for more than 7 years before joining Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants. During his time with previous firm, Mr. Xuan was involved in trademark infringement cases, opposition and appellation procedures. Mr. Xuan is proficient in Vietnamese, English.
