PARNERS & ASSOCIATES Mr. Hoang Xuan Thanh is the managing Partner of the Firm. Mr. Thanh’s practice areas include the patent and trademark prosecution and litigation. Mr. Thanh is actively involved in all aspects of clients counseling involving technology evaluations, development of patent portfolios, technology positioning, and technology analysis. Mr. Thanh has a technical background in mechanics, physics, semiconductor, and materials science. He also has extensive experience in the areas of negotiating, drafting and prosecuting the technology transfer agreement. Mr. Thanh’s experience also includes monitoring and enforcing intellectual property rights including the patent and trademark infringement. Prior to joining Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants, Mr. Thanh was a Senior Consultant with his position of team leader with a private consulting firm where he was involved in various national project designs, supervised document analysis. Mr. Thanh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1985 from the Military Academy of Technologies.
